Jayne continues to keep her knowledge up-to-date by attending relevant seminars and learning work shops that keep her abreast of current trends and new ideas.

Jayne grew up in the Aitkenvale area and whilst her husband’s work took them away from Townsville their ties were always here and returned to Townsville in 1990. Joining Real Estate in 1992 it was not long before she built up a reputation as one of Townsville’s top Agents. Her average sales are 6 properties per month, a target she has maintained for 14 years.

It is all good and well to say one can list and sell but the real results come when hard work comes into play and the use of negotiating skills are required. Having been a Mediator for the Justice Department for 25 years, Jayne knows how to relate to people and get the best possible outcome for her clients. She ensures that buyers are qualified and takes pleasure in matching them to the home that is perfect for them and their budget.
