If at any time, you are not completely 100% satisfied with the service you are receiving with Page & Pearce, and the Property Manager can not rectify what you may be not satisfied with, you may simply cancel the managing agreement with Page & Pearce in writing, giving 30 days notice.
Flat Management Fee Guarantee
All inclusive Flat Management Fee, including letting fees, advertising, lease renewal, inspection fees, end of year financial summaries and other types of PLUS fees associated with normal day to day property management functions.
Office structure
This structure has been developed to ensure all aspects of our Property Management services are completed to a high standard and to ensure our valued clients are able to discuss any queries at most times.
We give feedback after all open for inspections
We communicate with you after every inspection, provide detailed feedback from the prospective tenant and discuss with you weekly regarding the property vacancy.
